Kyaw Soe Moe graduated with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Yangon Technological University. He is responsible for the IT systems in the Expeditions office and for its website and communications, he assists with the invoicing and accounting functions, and he is the general "go to" guy in the office if ever a problem of any kind crops up.
